About Integrated Systems Improvement Services

ISIS is headquartered outside Fort Huachuca in Sierra Vista, Arizona. Our Washington D.C. office is located in the Ronald Reagan Building. We are dedicated to supporting our national defense and security departments, as well as government contractors and private business, with mission-critical services performed by highly skilled experts in their fields. ISIS professionals can be found working side by side with the U.S. Armed Forces, U.S. Government and Prime Contractors on the ground in such strategic environments as the Middle East.

ISIS Management
The members of our management team have extensive industry experience, supervising, managing and serving on numerous OGA contracts operating in the Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa in the protection of U.S. national interests.Collectively, we’ve served as army intelligence officers; in special operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, Lebanon, Panama and Haiti; as consultants for the U.S. Government on the Counter-Narcotics and Drug Interdiction Task Force, and more. Over the last 10 years, our leadership has successfully obtained and managed millions of dollars worth of government and corporate security contracts.

About AIRTEC

Airtec is an aviation and technology integration company that specializes in maritime radar surveillance, range safety, and airborne telemetry. We maintain a fleet consisting of three twin-turboprop King Air aircraft as well as other fixed-wing and rotary-wing aircraft. The fleet is specially modified for long-range, accurate and results driven missions and testing.

Airtec is supported by a highly qualified team of pilots, operators and technicians who maintain certifications above and beyond all necessary requirements. The Airtec team provides a high mean experience level that spans all critical aviation areas to include: flight operations, safety, maintenance, training, equipment integration and sensor operation. Airtec aircraft and personnel require no support facilities when either deployed or operating in their based region. Aircrew and aircraft can generally be deployed within 48 hours.

Airtec currently operates out of California, MD at the St. Mary’s County Airport (2W6), approximately seven miles from the Naval Air Station, in Patuxent River, MD [link to contact page]. The airport is publicly owned, has a single 4150 foot runway and hosts approximately 164 aircraft operations per day.

For over twelve years Airtec has acted as the primary maritime radar surveillance aircraft for the Atlantic Test Range, Atlantic Fleet Exercise Coordination Center, the Pacific Missile Test Range, NAWCAD, NAWCWD, and NASA Wallops Island Facility. Other recent projects include performing radar flight testing for Telephonics Corporation and the Counter Narco-Terrorism Technology Program Office, providing Standard Navy Target Control (SNTC) relay for BQM-74E target drones, conducting flight test in support of the Carrier Landing Systems Office for VX-23, range clearing for Fleet Forces Atlantic Exercise Coordination Center (FFAECC) and acting as Air Intercept Control (AIC) targets for Fleet Opposition Force exercises. Our mission readiness rate has been 97% over the previous five years.
